Before you (our client and/or prospective client) apply for a trading account with the Company and begin trading on financial markets, please review carefully the below list of risks in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions.

Risk Warning

The financial products offered by the Company, including Contracts for Difference ('CFDs') are complex financial products, most of which have no set maturity date. Therefore, a CFD position matures on the date you choose to close an existing open position. Trading CFDs carries a high level of risk, since the multiplier tool (leverage) can work both to your advantage and disadvantage. As a result, it may not be suitable for all investors because you may lose all your invested capital. You should not risk more capital than you are prepared to lose. Before trading you should understand the risks involved and take into account your level of experience. You should seek independent advice if necessary.

Introduction

This Risk Disclosure is intended to inform you of the general risks that exist in trading activities on our website and of dealing in the Financial Instruments offered by the Company. You must recognize that these risks entail a chance of losing money while trading. This disclosure is informational and must not be considered a list of all possible risks.

Trading in the Financial Instruments offered through this website is VERY SPECULATIVE AND HIGHLY RISKY and may involve a risk of loss of all your invested capital. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

General Risks

1. We do not and cannot guarantee the initial capital of your portfolio or its value at any time or any money invested in any Financial Instrument.
2. You should unreservedly acknowledge and accept that, regardless of any information which may be offered by us, the value of any investment in Financial Instruments may fluctuate downwards or upwards and it is even probable that the investment may become of no value.
3. You should unreservedly acknowledge and accept that you run a great risk of incurring losses and damages as a result of the dealing in Financial Instruments and accept and declare that you are willing to undertake this risk.
4. The information of the previous performance of Financial Instruments does not guarantee the current and/or future performance. The use of historical data does not constitute a binding or safe forecast as to the corresponding future performance of the Financial Instruments to which the said information refers.
5. We advise you that the risks of trading on financial markets are not limited to the risks described in this document, as there can be other unpredictable risks.

Third-Party Risks

1. We may pass money received from you to a third party to hold or control in order to affect a transaction through or with that person or to satisfy your obligation to provide collateral (e.g. initial margin requirement) in respect of a transaction. We have no responsibility for any acts or omissions of any third party to whom we will pass money received from you.
2. The third party to whom we will pass money may hold it in an omnibus account and it may not be possible to separate it from your money or the third party's money. In the event of the insolvency or any other analogous proceedings in relation to that third party, we may only have an unsecured claim against the third party on behalf of you, and you will be exposed to the risk that the money received by us from the third party is insufficient to satisfy the claims of you and all other claims of any of our clients.
3. We may deposit your money with a depository who may have a security interest, lien or right of set-off in relation to that money.
4. A bank or broker through whom we deal with could have interests contrary to your interests.

Technical Risks

1. You are responsible for the risks of financial losses caused by failure of information, communication, electronic and other systems.
2. When you are trading through our website, you must be aware that any transaction may be subject to delays or other manipulating actions that may have an impact on its outcome. You shall be responsible for all orders sent from your side. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the acceptance or execution of your orders and we cannot guarantee that your order will be executed at the price indicated at the time you have placed it.
3. You accept that at times of excessive transaction flow there might be some delay in connecting to our trading system/platform. In such a situation you are advised to give your order through an alternative way such as over the phone.
4. We are not responsible for any financial losses that may be a result of a force majeure event and/or any other event which is out of our control.
5. If you have any reason to believe that the connection to our platform is not stable and/or you have any other technical issues (on your side or on our side) you must not place any orders.
6. You are responsible for any losses that might be a result of your own hardware and/or software and/or connection errors/failures.
